SLOW BUT SURE

Like a number of French films - slow but sure - isn't that the reason we watch them? Both actors are excellent and portray their characters very well. If I had to be critical, I just wonder whether the female protagonist really expected her partner to let her stay in the house having just confessed to having an affair and saying she was in love with someone else - perhaps that is what the French do. All, in all though I enjoyed this movie and would recommend.
