Created by Emmy Award-winning producer Dick Wolf, Law And Order: Special Victims Unit follows the investigations of Detective Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) a seasoned, seen-it-all veteran of the unit and his tough but compassionate partner Detective Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) as they try to solve the city's most heinous crimes.
