This is the second DVD in the Rock series by Danny Gill. Available as a separate DVD, this has unfortunately not been identified as the second one, so you might not get the first one first. I think the first one is 'Rock Essentials' by Danny Gill - see if you can get that before this.

Great DVD if you are looking to learn the following techniques:

* Alternate Picking

* Economy Picking

* Scale Construction

* Pentatonic Sequences

* Diatonic Sequences

* Sweep Picking

* Arpeggios

Each of the lessons is played slowly, explained and played progressively faster until it reaches a sizzling pace. Need to practice, practice before you get to that speed :-(

The technique of alternate picking is shown and almost all lessons build on it - shows how important it is to practice it right. Easily 4 stars!
