A comedy with little to laugh about
By sparx (15 reviews) from Ipswich , 03 Jun 2004[Highly rated reviewer]
SJP plays against type, portraying a sweet and innocent, giggling girlie 'hit-man' (yes it is as ludicrous as it sounds). Harry Connick Jr. proves he should stick to singing other peoples songs, although he does manage to mime a few throughout the film. Add to this a Scottish actor with an incredibly poor Irish accent and you have enough reasons to slip quietly into a coma.
This film would get 1 star, but I have 'a thing' for SJP so she boosts it to 2 stars.

Oh Shut Up!!
By a customer from hard-on land! , 25 Oct 2005This movie is not the dog's ermm knees but its just a bit of fun. If you are looking for an clever, stimulating dvd don't bother but if you want to stay in (alone) for a bit of sillyness this is the one. The story line isn't really beliveable but nor are most comedy ones. The charecters are well acted and loveable. ...Oh and theres the enevatable romance aswell!!- Was this review helpful to you?
