4 star war propaganda

A straightforward drama/thriller, a mix of survivors (although they all seem to know each other despite how big the ship must have been) gather on a lifeboat and try to work out the best way to survive untill they are rescued. Added to this mix is a survivor of the u-boat which bombed them, do they follow the Geneva convention and treat him fairly or treat him like the dastardly hun he no doubt is ? The story then builds up the relationships between the different passengers untill a tense finale. Well worked film with tight editing keeping the claustrophobia of the boat up high.
