I just love people who write a review 'it was so bad I had to stop watching after an hour!

Then how can you review it? Yes it was made on a budget, and yes it's not the greatest movie ever - but it has a wit behind it which makes up for that! Bad in places the whole is the total of the sum parts and really it adds up! And remember it was'nt full of highly paid pro actors - give it some credit!

I came out the year this film was made and when I watched it I actually recognised people from the club scene in London from that time, I never remembered the fashion being so bad though! Despite being a few years old now this film is one of the better gay films. Yes some of the acting is a little ropey at times but that's what you expect with budget films, however that said the story is good and the characters likeable. Don't get me wrong, this is no Hollywood blockbuster but if like me you enjoy watching gay films then this should be on your list if you haven't seen it yet. The lead actor is cute too, which helps :)

  • Is Steve Bell really gay ?

    Rated - 4.0 stars

I didn't know anything about this film and especially the main actor steve bell. He plays a gay closeted rough fighter (a macho) but in bed he is more than a woman. I found this difficult to digest in case he is not gay . i wonder what happened to him after the release of this film (how people around him, reacted). It was a nice film, decent acting and story line. i like the part in the train when some women try to flirt with him and he tells them he is not interested on women. watch it and enjoy it.

    A very good gay film.

Not your usual, predictable, camp, badly acted sort, but well written and acted.

Real-life boxer/actor Steve Bell (Quinny from Coronation Street - Gary Windass' friend, killed in Afghanistan ) plays a particularly good part.

I thought this was a decent film. A little bit low budget, but watchable and a decent plot with some good old views of Blackpool and London.

I enjoyed this a lot (and the topless guys were a bonus of course!)
