Better than expected

I didn't think I was going to like this, but it's not that bad. It's not as funny as it thinks it is but it made me laugh a few times. I do think they should have dropped the swearing and aimed for a younger audience. My kids would've loved this, but with the language it's not appropriate. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prude and swearing's great used in the right context, I just don't think it 'fitted'. The plot is quite immature and adding a bit of cursing doesn't make it grow-up.
If this doesn't bother you, or you can see through it, it is quite amusing. Little Nicky does rely quite heavily on 'stupidity' comedy and at a cost $80,000, it should've been a lot better.
Some cameo appearances from the likes of Ozzy Ozbourne and Henry Winkler do brighten it up.
Every 10,000 years, Satan picks a new devil to become the next head of Hell. Satans three sons (Nicky, Adrian and Cassius) go to hear his decision. He thinks they're not quite ready and that he wouldn't retire. Furious, Nicky's brothers jump out of Hell and seal the gates. Now Satan is dying unless Nicky can save the day.
Nicky heads to earth where he meets a bulldog who shows him his way around. Then it's time for business.
It's probably worth watching once, but I certainly won't be buying it.
