    [Highly rated reviewer]

    - If you think that a commercial-shooting director shouldn't attempt the big screen...

    - If you enjoyed Tarantino's work, 'Fargo', 'Trainspotting', 'Fight Club', 'Snatch' or 'Memento'...

    - If you want a taste of rhiming cockney...

...you must definitely watch this film.

Just a warning, it's definitely not for the narrow-minded...

A true oddity... don't miss it!

  • Overrated violence fest

Guy Ritchie, hated it. Unwatchable, stupid, mindless violence, fell asleep. Obviously many people love this cult classic but it was just not for me. Vastly overrated.

Great film, very clever as it all comes together. Awesome ending. Really enjoyed it and I recommend it to all.

  • very grainy blu-ray release

This review is for the Blu-ray only. Although this is a fantastic film (I bought it when it was released on dvd), the quality of the blu-ray is very poor. The film is very very grainy, and though it worked very well on dvd, the blu-ray release looks very poor. I was halfway out to the shops to buy this blu-ray but would recommend not to waste your money, a great film, but not worth paying out for the blu-ray disc!

I never tire of watching this film. A wonderful film that is action packed throughout. Fantastic performances, brilliant script and some really funny moments.

Long time since i've seen this great film as i had it on tape and i've not got the DVD, yet. A pacey, cleverly made London gangster film. The casting is perfect, the story entertaining and believable and the direction a masterpiece. All round, if you've never seen it, you should if you like films.
