Good, but "FIRE RUSSO!"

This event was pretty good. They were some great moments where wrestlers showed tremedous courage regarding their wellbeing inside a steel cage. The fact that people aren't crippled with the stunts TNA used to do is amazing. However, this event is brought down by 2 of the most horrible gimmick matches in history. The crowd didn't like either and you can tell. I had to fast forward through one. This includes a 'blindfold' match where little happens. Another which involves the cage being 'electrified'. To say the matches suffered is an understatement. The fact that Dixie Carter or Jeff Jarrett thought these were good booking ideas, shows just why TNA will never quite live up to the potential that their talent can offer. 'FIRE RUSSO!' the crowd chanted - If only Dixie had listened.- Was this review helpful to you?
