    Brilliant piece of history

    Michael Gambon is marvellous as John Harrison and to see his frustration as he tries to prove that his invention is just what is needed is amazing.

    At one stage I wanted to wring Brian Cox's neck for being so stupid and narrow minded in turning down yet another application by Gambon.

    I know Gambon got a knighthood and if it wasn't for this performance it should have been. Really excellent.

    Wonderful

    An excellent drama - brilliant casting, acting, writing, direction and a story that really draws you in. Superb.
