    [Highly rated reviewer]

Thought it was refreshingly original, brilliantly acted and beautifully shot. It just missed a five star review as I was left a little underwhelmed by the ending. Overall though this is well worth your time.

  • Gripping thriller/drama/comedy - a mix of all three !!

A slow burner, but wow, it had me totally hooked ! An unusual mix of comedy.mystery/who dunnit and some fairly serious violence. Got very involved in the plot and the totally believable characters. Edge of the seat stuff - BRILLIANT Looking forward to the next series, a bit of a sad cliff hanger at the end of this one !

  • Imagine SERIOUS actors being told to weep emotionally...and then run around like a Benny Hill sketch

2 stars - purely for acting sakes.

What the HELL was this supposed to be ?! A comedy, or a serious piece of thriller-drama ?!

It was like CSI Miami gone wrong - with the directors chucking comedy about here, there and bloody everywhere.

The fact it was set on a nice, sunny yummy Spanish island just made it that little bit more distant from the plot.

Imagine SERIOUS actors being told to weep emotionally...and then run around like a Benny Hill sketch - that sums this up.

The first episode seemed to last hours, then it wasn't quite sure what it was. Did it want to make us laugh or sit on the edge of our sofas. As for the ending- did he have so little to live for that he wanted the others to escape or was it simply a way of opening up a sequel ? It was a Saturday night well spent , but why the odd camera angles?

    Hmmmmm,
