A chick-flick turned b-movie road adventure
By Richie Ellison from London, England , 06 Jul 2005[Highly rated reviewer]
The all-American styled Matt (Chris O'Donnell) is an astute clever athletic type guy. He's got a routine to his life, helping his dad bring his younger twin brother and sister up without the help of a mother.
He is staring up into the stars and hears someone on a jet ski after dusk on the lake. This is his first glimpse of Casey (Drew Barrymore), a girl to steal his heart and his routine.
Casey, along with her dysfunctional mind, drag Matt on a road adventure. It's all very much classic mid 1990s chick-flick material, but it does give good entertainment and touches lightly on the dilema that faces Matt - how to cope with a girlfriend with a mental illness miles away from home.- Was this review helpful to you?

Starts good ends bad
By Jenni Reay from Whitley Bay, England , 07 May 2007The acting is good in this movie, the script just lets it down, would have been better with a tragic ending or happy ending it just seems to end without the stroy finishing properly- Was this review helpful to you?
