  • An action adventure rather than a horror movie, with the maniac cop remaining a shadowy figure; it avoids predictability, has an inventive car chase and manages a moderate amount of suspense.

    Maniac Shlock!

Do you like 80s buffont hair styles?

Does the sight of a shell suit fill you with awe?

    Is Bruce Campbell a God?

Do you like your horror more cheesy then Mr Cheese's Cheese party?

If you answered yes to the above then this film is for you. I expected little from this film and it did not deliver that much but it was impressive enough.

A rogue cop is on the loose in NYU killing innocent people. The police think they have their man when they arrest Bruce Campbell. But is it a mistake? Will Bruce assure his freedom? Can a film contain more crimson?

Maniac Cop - a superior cheesy 80s horror, think Fright Night!

Now that would be a good movie...
