Pointless people .. pointless film

Well, a shambles is probably the best word for it. With no centre and Kirsten unable to hold the piece together as a whole, the film wanders and flaps around like a dying fish on a dock. With no cardinal points around to navigate to the film contents itself with a blaring and pointless soundtrack and a lavish colour pallet to no avail. Sure this was a pointless group of people on the verge of annihilation .. but the film even fails to convey that. What went wrong?
