For Mark Knopfler fans this is a must see performance. The music is good, the ambience in the BBC studio is comfortable and enthusiastic - from both sides of the stage. A genuinely enjoyable mixture of Knopfler's music, different styles, different genres but all unmistakably Knopfler - the subdued vocals (almost too subdued at times) and the guitar technique that is his trademark, from subtle melody to brash Louisiana - magic, pure magic.

One warning, whilst he only covers a couple of Dire Straits numbers, contrary to the cover notes "Sultans of swing" is NOT on this dvd. What is on the dvd is audio "soul" food, dine well :)
