i watched this film again and again one of seagals best in my opinion sagal is a troubled cop seeking refuge within his family his town is being plagued by drug dealers at first he turns a blind ete then when his family is targeted he takes matter into his own hands doing what he does best taking out the bad guys in true seagal fashion maybe a couple of years old but still enjoyable
