Funny, real and honest. What a refreshing change from the usual old fashioned sitcoms on telly.- Was this review helpful to you?

Typical Schmaltzy ITV Drama
By a customer from Glasgow , 11 Jan 2011This wasn't terrible, and I'm sure a lot of people would like it, but it wasn't my thing. It revolves around a group of interrelated couples at different stages in their relationship, whether just beginning or at a later stage in their lives.
There are a lot of good actors in this and, as such, the performances are fine, but I found the script embarrassingly clichéd. I like love stories, but the things the characters came out with (particularly the kids) were so sickly sweet as to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
However, this isn't badly made, and if you like Sunday evening ITV dramas you may find it a good watch. Maybe I'm too cynical, but I only lasted one episode!- Was this review helpful to you?
