This is a peculiar story of a hard loner who turns up at a new school to discover that one of his old friends is now one of the in-crowd who are also vicious bullies. The newcomer declines to join the clique and decides to go after the bad guys with terrifying and yet strangely boring consequences.
There are a few nice ideas in this film such as the way that no adults are ever on the screen (until the final scenes) which reinforces the idea of kids running the school but the bad acting and convenient ending really make the whole thing pretty pointless.
