Mast Kalandar

Rai Saheb's love for his grandson forces him to accept his widowed daughter-in-law and her son back into the family. But a relative Prem is upset at the prospect of losing out on the wealth he has inherited. Guddu and his grandfather Rai Saheb escape death at the hands of Prem. They meet the steel-bodied Shanker who has only two weaknesses, a fear of Bozo - Guddu's dog and a love for Prit Kaur, a liquor seller. With time Guddu and Shanker dada become inseperable but fate has other designs.Rai Saheb thinks that Shanker is nothing but a fraud and restricts Guddu from meeting Shanker. The court orders prevent Shanker from taking any action. But - when Guddu shows him the real side of Shanker who has looked after him so well and saved him on several occasions Rai Saheb sees the truth and goes to seek Shanker's forgiveness but by now Prem and Raja Saheb (Amrish Puri) have turned Guddu into a tool to export money from Rai Saheb. But Shanker fights with his life to save Guddu and proves himself to be a mastkalandar!
