David Hyde Pierce (aka Niles in Frasier) had better have received a lot of money for this awful comedy, as if anyone in Hollywood ever watches it, it could seriously damage his career. He's the narrator (an anthropologist from an alien world) helping us to understand how humans relate and mate, while Carmen Electra, MacKenzie Astin, Marc Blucas and Lucy Liu are among the people he is spying on. Badly written, woodenly performed and, overall, an ill-advised and badly executed disaster.
This is a fun film. Taking you from the first meeting of a couple right through a relationship. The relationship is seen from the eyes of an alien. If you don't take this film to seriously you should enjoy it.
I particularly enjoyed the way they illustrated sperm with the runners. Had me laughing each time I saw it.
