? not least the acting of Hugh Grant. He?s always excellent, but in this he was required to act out of typical character & he did it superbly. The rest of the cast, the direction etc. were equally good. Having said that, I didn't wholly enjoy the movie, but that was down to my reservations with the book, not the movie.
