    [Highly rated reviewer]

I can't remember the number of 'Rogue Cops put everything right' type movies I've seen and I'll do my best not to remember this'un! Brawny brainless hero, woman cop with a conscience, nerd mechanical marvel, crooked police chief - they're all here. The biggest name in this film - come to think of it, the ONLY 'name' - is Mickey Rooney, who must have been short of cash at this time. He appears for all of 5 minutes. Watch this one - if you must - late at night - then, if you're lucky you won't remember any of it in the morning. Bad!!!

Very much in the style of the Cynthia Rothrock and Hong Kong action films of the late 1980s - if you like these type of films then you'd find this entertaining. I found it an amusing diversion for an hour and a half but the action is very tame compared to modern action films.
