When a stray U.S. Navy test missile hits a jumbo airliner, killing most of its passengers and crew, the remaining survivors must safely land the crippled plane. Pacific Global Flight 52 is on a routine trip from the United States to Tokyo, when it is hit by the wayward missile, causing severe damage but not enough to knock it out of the sky.
