Nowhere near as exciting as the book

Mayday is one of my favourite books and I have read it several times.I really looked forward to seeing the film but found it disappointing as it did not keep true to the book and so much was left out. I didn't find the acting believable and did not feel the actors portrayed the terror and horror of the situation that they found themselves in on board the plane. The book portrayed their horrifying situation so brilliantly and made for such exciting reading. Read the book!!
