Meet the spartans, hate the spartans, walk out of the cinema.

This has to be one of my achievments. Making it allllll the way through meet the spartans. Believe me, the has to be the worst film i've ever seen. I wnet to see it for curiousity to see how bad it is. The first seen opens with a spartan checking a load of babies. One turns out to be shrek who procedes to say 'Are you my muma, cos i feel like sucking a teet?'. Did that sound pretty disgusting? Oh don't worry, this film laughs at he 12A rating, throwing in bad language, gross out humor, and near nudity along the way. Some scenes are so vile i had to look away, like giant penguins sh*tting on people, Paris Hilton's hunchback exploding in a sea of pus, plus snot, spit, cack, p*ss, and every other body secretion imaginable. And this is supposed to be funny. Unless you like watching people fall over and stupid pokes at celebrities, this film probably won't make you laugh. Or titter. Or smile. It just makes you die a little inside. As for the effects, the entire bdget was probably spent on pills for the writers, because basically they are all dreadful.

So there you have it. This movie is horrible. People were actually walkng out of the cinema during it, and i don't blame them. I'd give this film 1/10 for showing me that life is a horrible horrible thing.

Not so sparse on laughts, a good fun film.

This spoofs 300 and other movies and characters to the Max... so much so you wonder how it passed libel laws to get to the screen in the first place. The first 15 mins or so set a pace of laughter that the last bits just about fail to match. But if your funny radar is set to whacky and slightly inappropriate, this should definately make it onto you list. For me a must see, it had me rolling.

Another Spoof!

I cannot describe to anyone how bad this film is!

I saw this film a week ago expecting it to be something like Scary Movie!

What was i thinking! The whole film was literally a remake of 300 but with some cheap gags and reused jokes. I was literally thinking of leaving the cinema, but i held on thinking it would get better, but unfortunately, it didn't, it just got worse. I can't believe that they were allowed to make this movie, since Epic Movie was a flop at the cinema. I have to say that Epic Movie felt like it was the best spoof ever after watching Meet The Spartans.

Terrible, Terrible! I can't describe how rubbish this film was.

Believe me, i wish i hadn't of met the spartans!

Come on WTF!

I have seen Meet the Spartans and I cannot believe they were allowed to create this movie!!! Some of the scenes are hillarious but a lot of the film its just weird!

Wait, what?

Well, that was an experience. What, exactly, was that all about? I'm serious, please explain. It wasn't even really a spoof or send up of anything, the context of the jokes (I struggle to call them that) was so loosely associated with what it was trying to rip on, I didn't even know what 75% of it was referencing. Maybe I don't watch enough trash TV to get the references. Maybe its because I'm not a total moron obsessed with so-called celebrity culture that I didn't know who half the caricatures were. Now don't get me wrong, I like stupid. Stupid can be entertaining. I don't always want to have to think about what I'm watching. But that, I'm afraid, was a step too far.

Don't watch this film. If a mate shows up on your doorstep with a crate of beer and says, 'Dude! I got that new Meet The Spartans film. This is going to be AWESOME!' Steal the beer, smash the DVD, slam the door, and sit and drink alone. You'll have more fun.

Seriously, don't watch this film.

i agree with pretty much everything everyone has said accept the tit who rated 3 stars he must have the iq of a 6 yr old! how did they expect us to get half the jokes if they are about american adverts, the camera jumps all over the place, the jokes are totally random and unplaced. To be honest i thought shaun maguire was long gone since his eastenders days, but no, here he is being recycled by the americans. well done boys what a coup! honestly right, do not waste your time, watch youtube for an hour and half you'll enjoy it more, i promise!

OK IT HASNT HAD VERY GOOD REVIEWS AND IT IS A BIT STUPID BUT ITS ONLY ON FOR 1HR AND 10 MINS AND IT NOT TOO BAD!!! JUST DONT BE IN A BAD MOOD WHEN YOU WATCH IT!!!!

The cheapest, crudiest gags you will ever see!!

You can see the way the film is going in the first minute and I can not believe I gave up 15 minutes of my life before I turned it off!!

I have seen some bad films but this is definately top of the pile!!
