A first series is always difficult to judge but I felt that at times they didn't know where it was heading.
For sure, there were some funny moments but it took a while to happen and by the time it did it was almost over.
Harry Enfield didn't seem quite right in the part and didn't really click with Neil Morrissey like Martin Clunes does in the other series.
Still, a decent insight into the making of a great comedy that lasted for years.
