  Mental As Anything are an Australian New Wave–rock music band formed at an art school in Sydney in 1976.
  
  This DVD was recorded Live At The Basement, Sydney on 16th August 2003.

  One website suggests that they are quite like Madness - and I can see the resemblance... a bunch of fifty-something men who play fun (and slightly wacky at times) music who still know how to have a good time.
