Slow, boring and very long....
I have given this film 1 star just because it has George Clooney in it, otherwise it wouldnt have got any!
I was really looking forward to this one. George Clooney is always watchable and an oscar winner along side him, but I wish I hadn't bothered as this is so slow. I can't understand what all the buzz was about? Previous reviewers have given this maximum rating and said they have been on the edge of their seats, how exactly?? I challenge you to make it past the first hour! Even my wife asked for it to be turned off, and she's a massive Clooney fan. Avoid this film. If you want to give it a go, rent it, don't waste your money buying.
It is almost dawn. Michael Clayton (George Clooney) has spent the best part of an hour explaining to a wealthy client that he can't make a hit-and-run accident go away just by waving his high priced city law firm at it. What he needs to do is face up to his responsibilities and hire a good local guy.
