Midsomer Murders is my favourite mystery series, with its lovely scenery and superb acting. Tom Barnaby played by John Nettles is joined by his new sidekick Jones, who is played by Jason Hughes. Jones uses his own initiative more than his predecessors Gavin Troy and Dan Scott, but he is equally as appealing and likeable. A superb Midsomer Murder.- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)A good one despite some flaws
By Chantal (1104 reviews) from London , 05 Jun 2009Normally I have trouble finding whodunnit. However this time I got it 1/2 way through. still a captivating story.
The sound quality was poor with too much emphases on the wildlife and in general it felt like it was done without any filter.- Was this review helpful to you?

midsomer?
By a customer from eglinton , 08 Apr 2008John Nettles, brillant as usual, but I moved from a city to live in a village which I have done for the past 14 yrs and I have not encountered 1 murder never mind the 200+ murders than Barnaby & Jones or Troy has encountered, and I live in N. Ireland- Was this review helpful to you?
