    The final bell.

I enjoyed Live in Berlin. The picture quality is good and the sound fine. Unusually the favourites are played first, Tubular Bells, Portsmouth, Moonlight Shadow etc. and then the Millennium Bell in its entirety. Apparently the last album to have 'bell' in the title. I preferred 1, 2 and 3 but nevertheless this is still worthwhile. It is probably Oldfield's most varied work, with ethnic influences, gospel, even rap! But don't worry it is unmistakeably Oldfield and there are some excellent sequences as well as less impressive sections. The extras are ok, including a short interview with the man himself. Overall, not as good as Bells 2 and 3, Elements, Exposed etc., but worth adding to your dvd collection.
