The ATF has determined that this militia possesses three stolen Anthrax missiles which it plans to deploy in their plot to kill the US president. In constant danger of being found out, Mr. Cain must locate the missiles and gain the trust of his new colleagues while averting a potentially disastrous violent showdown between the militia and the ATF. Since hanging up his cape, TV's Superman Dean Cain has not made much of an impact on the movie scene and, despite a better than average cast (Stacy Keach, Frederic Forrest, Jennifer Beals) this didn't change things. The main problem here is the typically sloppy direction of Jim Wynorski (billed here as Jay Andrews) who is more at home with raunchy comic cash-ins (his film before this was The Bare Wench Project). Cain is the Government agent who is paired with former convicted right-wing extremist Forrest to infiltrate a shadowy new militia headed by crazy Keach in an unsubtle reprieve of his role in American History X.

  • Dismal action flick with an opening borrowed from Terminator 2; the cast overact in an attempt to compensate for its poor quality.
