A very funny, engaging and original program with great stories and even greater characters. Once you've watched the first episode you will be hooked.- Was this review helpful to you?

(34)Witty, well written, great cast of teens with special powers
By Daura (67 reviews) from Coventry , 30 Dec 2012when I first watched this (under duress I might add) I really wasnt sure what I thought, but I watched the next two episodes and I was gripped. The story lines are a refreshing spin on a mini apocolypse or ok a storm in london! which gives the gang of probation workers special powers. But its not just them who have been affected and not all in a positive way. forced to defend themselves, they kill their probabtion worker and fear the consequences. The stories are at times, a graphic view of modern day teens, including explicict language but this sits well within the premise of the story whilst exploring teen relationships and coming of age. The witty banter is crude yet funny and especially our blue eyed boy has witty retort a plenty.- Was this review helpful to you?

nice idea awfull execution felt too perverted
By a customer , 23 Apr 2012After reading the review's on LF i decided to rent this and was really looking forward to it after so many positive review's. After watching a few episode i still coulden't quite decide wether i liked it or not it had good humour but also felt very perverted and at times uncomfortable to watch. like the masterbating scene(WTF really) personally i thought it was a huge let down lacked imagination it felt like the writer just wanted to see young attractive people get it own. The actors were mediocre some ascents were annoying to listen to after a while the story telling was cliche and unispiring maybe it just wasn't for me. It tries to be different which i liked but it also went a bit too far in some aspects, i gave i ta 1/5 purely for the good comedy otherwise it would have been a 0/5 now im gona get a lot of dislike for my review due to the huge fanboism to the show but im just speaking my view and a personal opionion after watching the complete first season and no im not gona watch season 2.- Was this review helpful to you?

Theres Hope For TV Yet!
By taffree (1 review) from Chelmsford , 14 Mar 2012Pristine acting, hillariouse black comedy and a damn good show!
people are comparing this to hero's (its nothing like heros).
This show a group of people with rather pointless powers that still manage to come in usefull (with lots of laughs along the way).
I highly reccomend this to anyone (as long as you don't mind some crude humor).

Very imaginative and expertly conceived
By QueerFolk (42 reviews) from Huddersfield , 14 Jan 2012Very imaginative and expertly conceived comedy drama. Well acted and although the language is extreme, it fits perfectly. Definitely worth a watch.- Was this review helpful to you?
