    Brilliant

    I was dazzled at this film, the performance by Jessie Wallace was truly inspiring.

    Having only seen Jessie in Eastenders I had no idea that she could sing,dance and act so well, she became the character of Marie Lloyd. I'm no expert on this era but I felt utterly convinced by the whole music hall scenes.

    Interesting life

    A good insight into the life and times of Miss Marie Lloyd which Jessie Wallace plays really well.

    I agree with the 15 rating as I wouldn't want my young teenage daughter to watch
