An action movie that is no different than 500 others before - simplistic story, lots of baddies, car chases, explosions, ridiculous stunts, very poor lines ('Ethan what are you doing with that gun?'). And lots of self-indulgence of Mr. Cruise. Very average, if not poor. Really nothing special and you need to be an MI / Cruise junkie to enjoy this one.
another MI film with its action packed sequences, fast cars, guns, explotions and its plot twists.
i read somewhere that critics recon this film is far the best in the trilogy, and the reason it didnt do so well at the box office (it still took a few milloin tho) was because of cruise and his freaky behaviour off set. Being a cruise fan, not really bothered about his belifes i was looking forward to this film.
About half way in, even tho it was still entertaining, i realised id seen all this before and was able to predict all the 'plot twists' before they happened which turned the experiance into a frustrating one to say the least.
You know where i'd seen this stuff before??
MI1 MI2 , i suspect the reason not wanted to watch it has nothing to do with mr cruise and his wacky stunts. its to do with the fact that if you seen the first 1 and 2nd 1, then you seen the 3rd almost aswell.
but then again i could be wrong and people may think its the newist invention since sicentology.
watch the film, make ur own mind up.
