AwfulBy a customer from London, England , 10 May 2006
[Highly rated reviewer]An action movie that is no different than 500 others before - simplistic story, lots of baddies, car chases, explosions, ridiculous stunts, very poor lines ('Ethan what are you doing with that gun?'). And lots of self-indulgence of Mr. Cruise. Very average, if not poor. Really nothing special and you need to be an MI / Cruise junkie to enjoy this one.

Hits the SpotBy backintheussr6 (4 reviews) from Bristol , 06 Mar 2009Crazy action sequences for crazy reasons with a good dose of masks and double crossing thrown in. Exactly what you'd expect from this Tom Cruise vehicle and it delivers just that.
Better than 2By a customer from Surbiton , 27 Feb 2009I thought this was going to to be rubbish after the last one but it was better. It was a shame that there was no time for character development like in the first one - who were his sidekicks?
explosiveBy a customer from Walsall , 22 Feb 2009Action packed film and very enjoyable. Good, flowing storyline with explosive action throughout keeping you hooked. Cruise at his best.
Actually, we rather liked itBy Bangs (36 reviews) from Oving , 13 Feb 2009Tom's bouncing on Oprah's sofa coincided with MI 3's release - I wonder if the panning the film got has more to do with that and the fact we are now all a bit fed up with his daft scientology claims. Hang on, there's some one at the door.... it's a lawsuit from the 'church' of Scientology! Damn, that was fast!
Where was I..oh yes. If you liked MI 1 and / or 2 there is no reason not to enjoy this movie. Of course it is daft and improbable - isn't that the point? This is the first film my wife stayed awake for in ages. Believe me, that says a lot. Plus points are Philip Seymour Hoffman playing the baddie with superb menace. It was a pity we did not see more of him.
Although we enjoyed it I don't think we will see a 4th. The 'MI' series' goody 2 shoes approach ('I may be a spy but someone needs a hu-ug!') is getting a bit dated: Bourne and the new Bond are too much competition.
Excellent ChoiceBy a customer from Bournemouth , 01 Feb 2009I was really looking forward to this DVD arriving. I watched it the same night it arrived and really did enjoy it...
