Another watchable M.I. film, perhaps not quite as good as the previous ones but....By roncoach (370 reviews) from suffolk , 06 Jun 2012
[Highly rated reviewer]Not IMHO as good as the previous Mission Impossible movies, but nevertheless a good film that is well worth watching.
The usual format, plenty of action and unbelievable stunts as usual----but somehow, this time round, lacking a bit in the intrigue and mystery departments.
But a sure-fired hit and good enough to spawn even more follow-ups I hope.
As a PS, I was disappointed at the tiny role that was given to Josh Holloway who proved himself in 'Lost' to have all the qualities and charisma to make him into a big-screen star.
I hope his career moves up a gear----he is too big a talent to be given 'bit parts'.

A 'Mission' thoroughly acceptedBy Niknoks (18 reviews) from Bexhill-on-Sea , 17 Mar 2013Love the 'Impossible' franchise. Tom Cruise does not disappoint at all and Simon Pegg is just such an excellent choice for his witty banter. Jeremy Renner was a very good choice also, but i didn't really like the bland female lead. This is a fast paced, high action and thoroughly enjoyable film.
a good mission done wellBy CarnageAce (94 reviews) , 09 Mar 2013An excellent addition to the mission impossible series of films the usual action and fun things if you liked any of the others I think you will like this.
It's A Failed MissionBy stevenw05 (49 reviews) , 04 Mar 2013Full of stunts and action but lacked in storyline. Maybe the sequence has worn out as never as good as the first films.
A well paced popcorn movieBy Vdubbman (72 reviews) , 02 Mar 2013A well paced good versus evil popcorn movie, packed full of good stunts and action mixing humour and tension. There are one or two moments reminiscent of Hitchcock, in particular a foot chase through a sandstorm. On the whole a welcome return to the original style. None of the gratuitous violence and four letter language generally associated with action thrillers. Not quite up there with the Bond franchise in class terms but a worthwhile watch
Very Weak..By DarrenG (2 reviews) , 01 Mar 2013Its just didnt hit the mark like the 1st three which i loved.....spent far to much time trying to be funny...which mission impossible isnt (and this wasnt to be honest)....maybe Cruises recent visit to funnyfilms has crossed over far to much in this film...
