Brigitte Nielsen's presence is the first sign that the proceedings here are unlikely to be taken too seriously: witness the constant changes in her hairstyle and lipstick shade. As mayoral candidate Rachel K Larkin, she runs the titular mission, a training centre for ersatz Guardian Angels, though she is already secretly executing her sinister plans. Jeff Wincott, stiff as ever, is the cop who goes undercover to expose her. Cheerfully mindless, this excuse for action delivers a number of well-executed fight sequences as well as some welcome mirth.
