Interesting introduction
By a customer from England , 22 Jun 2007to the world of model railways, although it could put some people off as the layouts it shows are beyond the capabilities of most beginners.
It would have been a good idea to look at real beginners' train sets and basic layouts. Also, most of the enthusiasts seem to make their own buildings etc - another area that may put off the beginner.
And building locomotives is certainly not for the faint-hearted!
Worth watching, but doesn't really go into any detail about layout designs, baseboards, track systems etc, so it isn't a comprehensive introduction to the hobby.- Was this review helpful to you?
