Three times the charm.
By H0LLIE (198 reviews) from UK , 24 Jul 2010After 2 fantastic series I expected a bit of a down turn here, but I didn't get one. The writing team are still managing to keep the story lines compelling, entertaining, and highly unique. The actors continue to give top notch performances.
The loss of a major character usually stunts a program with the awkward introduction of a new face that can never really replace the person you've grown to love. But not here. Sharona may be gone (several episodes in) but Natalie makes a welcome addition to the cast creating an assistant enough like Sharona to lessen the shock of her being gone, and different enough to be a unique persona that doesn't try to imitate.
So really all you need to know is this: if you liked series one and two you will love series three.
Very highly recommeded.- Was this review helpful to you?

Monk - Series 1,2 and 3
By a customer from Lincoln , 12 May 2010I find this the most irritating series I have ever seen, with facile plots, twitchy acting and stereotyped characters. Quite why my wife insists on watching it, I'll never know!- Was this review helpful to you?

I miss Sharona
By a customer from England , 31 Oct 2006I can't believe the ditched Sharona without even a good bye.
One episode she is there by his side, the next shes gone back to her husband and moved away! SO disrispectful. I think Sharona deserved a proper goodbye. The new lady is not as good.- Was this review helpful to you?
