What...... Doom contributed to the columbine killing.. the boys used Doom to help them train.. are you kidding me, it was a 2D computer game used for entertainment!

What is the excuse for Hitler then..... Maybe he played one too many games of risk which then made him invade country's and perform horrific killings?

the should have been more focus on how kids used to paint themselves blue, spin around on the floor and collect rings during the 1990's due to the effects of sonic

It's a very good documentary . Surprising , no one mentioned how stupid kids can be or the families they come from and how the person actually was . On top of that, it's quite outrageous, as to how, the easy access to guns in America have been overlooked again.....and again..........and again !

The first 50 minutes or so wasn't filled with enough variety, it was both sides of the argument describing the same thing - but in their own words and using their own beliefs to give you the idea of what they were talking about.

I think the film took too long to explain both sides before getting down to what I would call 'the nitty gritty.'

When they finally get down to their own arguments, beliefs and opinions on what can/should/will change it become quite interesting to hear many different peoples views... Other than the crazy Attorney who keeps preaching about Jesus!! He's nuts and full of absolute nonsense!

Worth a watch if your passionate about gaming and believe that gaming does not directly link to crime in the real world, OR you do believe it directly links!

This movie was very informative, which was it's idea, but the production and presentation was dire. I agreed with comments made, disagreed with others. I can play a violent game, come away from the video console and enter reality and have the gumption to realise that a game stays in within the console. The reason I say this is simply because in this film, Doom is being blamed for Columbine. No, there must have been something in the heads of those two individuals to make them do what they did. Doom, movies, music get used as a scapegoat all the time.

That said, what's the point in violence in games?? I can't stand it myself, but in saying that, I do like documentaries on the subject. This movie was so distracting with video graphics being played over the faces of those interviewed, it was hard to follow what they were talking about. Too bright, too many graphics on the screen and way too busy to focus on what's been said. Very disappointing because of this. If this was the style of film that it was going to be, it would have been better off as a Podcast. It does not require the visual imagery that it has.
