Won't Be Visiting Again
By a customer , 26 Nov 2012Genuinely couldn 't decide whether this was good or awful. I guess as I ploughed on through all 8 episodes it must have been good...!? Terrible Northern stereotypes from a cast of 2 halves - excellent actors (Pauline Collins, Adrian Bower, Paula Wilcox) on autopilot & the rest are a creaking, hammy soaptastic bunch. The outstanding actor is Lisa Tarbuck, who manages to bring some dimension to her character at least. Entirely predictable & although the series ends on some 'cliffhangers' I don't really give enough of a toss to be back for the 2nd series.- Was this review helpful to you?

Loved Every Minute Of Mount Pleasant

I loved this series so much, it was easy and pleasant viewing. When one episode finished, I couldn't wait to watch the next. The actors who played each character could not of been more perfect if they tried.- Was this review helpful to you?
