I'm referring to 'Rowan Atkinson' of course... not Mr Bean!!

I couldn't believe it when I started watching this, I truely thought I had seen all the Mr Beans, but I hadn't seen this before.

Yes, I believe 'Rowan Atkinson' is just fantastic at portraying this character, he's a top comic!!
