An entertaining Hindi fantasy about the clash between good and evil which was hugely successful on its release in India. There's a rousing portrait of villainy from Amrish Puri, while Anil Kapoor plays his nemesis, a scientist's son who has discovered the secret of invisibility. It's stylishly directed by Shekhar Kapur, who went on to direct Bandit Queen and Elizabeth.

The Greatest...
Forget Sholay, for my money this is the best Bollywood movie ever made. All the ingredients of a great classic masala movie, hugely entertaining and great fun to watch. Good stuff.
