Classic 1980
By a customer from UK , 19 Dec 2006[Highly rated reviewer]
Classic 1980's movie with all components of action, drama, adventure and innocent love.
Amitabh is the very younger brother of Ajit who is disillusioned by truth & honesty of which his brother is stuanch believer of.
Amjad Khan is Vicky ( and a colorful recreation of DAKU Gabbar singh) makes for an interesting story..
Good songs especially the one for Kiddies (mere saath aayo).- Was this review helpful to you?

(3)Fun Film
By a customer from Leeds , 16 Oct 2009I hesitated at watching this because I expected it to be less than the usual quality of a Mr B film but I have to admit to being rewarded with an excellent film. The overall storyline is typically bolly and well used but the performances (Mr B & Rekha) are excellent. The film is fun and frivolous with some great sing a long songs thrown in - Pardesiya is great. If all else fails it's worth watching to see Rekha & Mr B wrestling a tiger together! A fantastic example of why old is gold and Mr B is a legend.- Was this review helpful to you?

Watchable!
By a customer from Ilford , 30 Apr 2008I did notice some semblance from Sholay e.g the part where Amitabh had to rescue Rehka from the Dacoits and casting Amjad Khan as Vikram , another replay of Gabbar Singh.
The movie does have some good songs and fight scenes. I think Rekha gave a good performance. However I am not so keen on the plot.- Was this review helpful to you?
