Beatrice and Benedict crackling verbal warfare

I remember this from when it was on TV in the seventies - the first time I 'got' Shakespeare and fell in love with Robert Lindsay.

Always thought it would be good to see it again but was worried it wouldn't live up to the memories. It lived up to them and more, as comparing it to other productions I could appreciate just how crackling the chemistry between Beatrice and Benedict was.

Period costumes and Shakespear mean it doesn't date, could have been shot last week. Would recommend it highly.
