[Highly rated reviewer]Wow this is a good film. The 2 small kids are exceptional Tye Sheridan in particular. McConaughy is now choosing excellent roles and he gets better and better. Nice to see Witherspoon acting her chops off too. The scenery adds to this delightful coming of age drama

Worth all the plauditsBy loofah (8 reviews) from London , 09 Dec 2013A great film with excellent characterisation from a fantastic cast. The setting and the dialogue were good and the younger cast member are surely stars of the future.
A must watch movieBy a customer , 09 Dec 2013What a treat this film is. Well acted especially the young lead Tye Sheridan. And great to see Sam Shepherd and Jo Don Baker still able to deliver in spades. McConaughey is as good as ever. Wonderful scenery, good story, well directed, well acted. A must see movie
Good film, better than average , Family watch. No sex or F ing for a change !By JackIOW (16 reviews) from Dorset , 03 Dec 2013Liked this , well acted, good plot, great scenery and insight into life in those parts. Better than most stuff churned out these days. Dragged slightly at one point, but overall a good exciting watch.
Excellent viewingBy a customer , 02 Dec 2013This is a really good film. The acting, the story, the plot, the idea ... its all top class. Well worth the watch.
Very Well ActedBy a customer , 29 Nov 2013No Spoilers. A couple of rising stars in the making bouncing well off a couple of experienced old hands. Very powerful performance and an interesting story. Well worth a watch. If I was being picky I'd say it was probably just a little bit too long winded in parts and the movie treads water at times.
