Returning to Shimla after 15 years in London, Hrithik Roshan is convinced that Kareena Kapoor has been sending him the doting e-mails that have really been written by their mutual childhood friend, Rani Mukherji. However, the route to the truth in this contrived romantic comedy of errors offers few surprises. Although he makes the most of a medley of classic Bollywood tunes, debuting director Kunal Kohli borrows too liberally from such recent box-office hits as Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…, while only the demure Mukherji manages a performance approximating pyschological depth. cliches, stereotypes, name it and u have got it in this movie.
You get irritated by the happenings in the movie.
If the director would have just viewed once,what he had shooted, i doubt whether he would be comfortable releasing the prints for the world to see.
rani mukherjee is her ususal self. Kareena irritates and Hrithik sleepwalks.
all the characters lack depth.
The songs are instantly forgettable.
The cinematography is pleasing to the eyes.
Kunal kohli( the director) used to review films in one of the indian TV
channels and he used to be very good in his job. He tears the directors to pieces. Any reviewer could do that to this movie
