    [Highly rated reviewer]

cliches, stereotypes, name it and u have got it in this movie.

You get irritated by the happenings in the movie.

If the director would have just viewed once, what he had shooted, i doubt whether he would be comfortable releasing the prints for the world to see.

rani mukherjee is her ususal self. Kareena irritates and Hrithik sleepwalks.

    all the characters lack depth.

    The songs are instantly forgettable.

The cinematography is pleasing to the eyes.

Kunal kohli( the director) used to review films in one of the indian TV

channels and he used to be very good in his job. He tears the directors to pieces. Any reviewer could do that to this movie

A frivolous but pretty film, travelling from India to London, which starts promisingly with a love triangle but strains our credulity in its struggles to keep its hero and heroine apart for 2.5 hours.

In the second half, Hrithik looks like an avenging angel as he is justifiably angered when his love Pooja (Rani Mukerji) decides to sacrifice not just her own happiness but his too, all for the sake of her remarkably shallow and selfish friend Tina (Kareena Kapoor, convincing in her first role).

I found the music unmemorable but perhaps I was too busy getting more and more exasperated by the behaviour of the heroine. Even Rani seemed unconvinced as to why her character would behave so perversely. Meanwhile all the parents, usually a source of comfort in Bollywood films, remained unbelievably blind to their childrens' sufferings.

And did the filmmakers run out of interest or money? The resolution was remarkably unsatisfying and unlikely, with the self-absorbed Tina suddenly behaving quite against character and the film just seeming to stop.

So worth watching for the ardent Hrithik fan as he does look fetching in a series of blue sweaters but you need a high tolerance level for silly storylines (and I speak as a Bollywood fan!). Not one I wanted to own.

Kareena Kapoor was very annoying in this. H Roshan was overly dramatic but Rani M & Uday Chopra were good to watch. I think the storyline is a good one but I just wish they had done it a bit better. It got a little bit repetitive at times and I felt kind of relieved when it ended!
