I had not heard of this film to be honest with you, but was intrigued to see what it was all about after reading reviews (Some good and some bad).

First off the story was in some sense similar to an Australian film I had seen about a year ago called The Loved Ones, 'kid invited back to their house and are tortured by the parents'.

I enjoyed this film and was waiting on the edge of my seat to see something that as said in reviews was disgusting and brutal...but it never came, some reviews even said that the film was more brutal than 'Saw' but for me this was not the case, it is stuff that I had seen before and did not find that impressive. But none the less, the story line, acting and presentation of the film was good considering there budget was only £100000.

Well worth renting this film if you enjoy the torture and crazy family scene but it's not to every ones taste.

I was really impressed with the Dad character played by 'Perry Benson' the way he switched from psycho Dad to the loving family man within seconds, but looking at it he seemed to enjoy it a little too much....But bravo Perry, brilliant!

I rated this film 3. 5/5 - Worth watching with a good all round cast that played there parts brilliantly but could of added some touch ups here and there.
