Pandit Krishna Kant (Raaj Kumar) is a poor but honest man of god. An evil landlord, Dhanraj (Pran) assaults Krishna Kant’s wife, Rukmani (Raakhee). Dhanraj doesn’t succeed but goes away, humiliated and furious. He implicates Rukmani in a trumped-up criminal case and she is arrested. Krishna Kant now puts aside his faith and his principles and persuaded by a young criminal, Raju (Raj Babbar) decides to take to a life of crime. Ironically, his new life compels him to work alongside the very criminals who are responsible for his new life. The wheels of destiny spin as Krishna Kant discovers his long lost son, he’s reunited with his wife and also helps to bring a pair of young lovers together.

Drama about a man on a quest to be reunited with his family and revenge against the evil people who separated him from them. This movie isn't up there with the revenge based classics, but its moderately entertaining none the less. Watch it if you like '80's bollywood
